Site Security
Security of sensitive information is taken seriously. All information is held on secure servers powered through APC Symmetra UPS’s. The Allot Box provides firewall security and for payment online security is provided with 128 bit SSL encryption.
Data Protection
We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. It is understood that we keep personal and financial information with regard to your circumstances on file (electronic and/or paper based) as required to be able to advise you as to your needs. We confirm that this information will not be transferred by us to any other person or company, unless this is required by us to obtain quotations. Some insurers use the provided information in a data base in order to detect fraudulent claims.

Money Laundering

Under the new FSA rules that apply to our firm, we have a written Money Laundering Policy (which is available on request) to prevent and report (possible) Money Laundering activities and financial fraud. In certain defined circumstances we will need verification of your identity before a transaction can be processed. It is understood that in General Insurance these circumstances are very limited.
